📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
• Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet the operational needs of the mining sites.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws and regulations.
• Monitor and control procurement spending to ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and manage vendor relationships.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mining or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
