📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement new automotive models using advanced CAD/CAM software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of new models into production processes.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of new models to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automotive manufacturing to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Document all processes, procedures, and findings to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
