As a Legal & Compliance Supervisor at Moya Holdings Asia, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s legal and compliance functions. You will work closely with the legal team to ensure that all contracts, agreements, and business transactions are compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the company’s compliance with various regulations, including those related to labor, environmental, and financial matters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team in Jakarta Raya. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing training to employees on legal and compliance matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s legal and compliance documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the company’s legal and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance in all contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
• Monitor and report on the company’s compliance with various regulations, including labor, environmental, and financial matters.
• Develop and implement compliance programs, conducting audits and providing training to employees.
• Maintain and update the company’s legal and compliance documentation.
• Ensure the company’s policies and procedures are in compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and support to the company’s management and employees.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian laws and regulations, and ensure the company’s compliance with these changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, with a focus on Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, environmental regulations, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with legal management software, such as CaseMap or LexisNexis.
• Certification in legal compliance or a related field is a plus.
