📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for software implementation.
• Configure and customize IFCA's software solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the use of our software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our software applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that our software solutions are aligned with client requirements.
• Monitor software performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in the property and construction industry.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
