AI Project Manager - Hexacode Technology Indonesia

Hexacode Technology Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our cutting-edge AI-driven projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative AI solutions that drive business growth.

In this role, you'll be working on a variety of AI projects, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools like Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure AI models are accurately trained and validated.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with the team and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proven experience in managing AI projects, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
