📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a portfolio of micro loans, ensuring timely disbursements and collections
• Conduct credit assessments and approvals for loan applications
• Prospect, onboard, and sell financial products to new and existing customers
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular reports to the branch manager
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote financial products and services
• Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan portfolio management, sales, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of microfinance and banking products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with banking software such as Core Banking System, CRM, and loan management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
