📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Manage performance management and employee development programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Comply with all labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's HR practices are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
