📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Ensure documentation is user-friendly and meets industry standards.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Support the marketing team with product information and case studies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proven ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.,Strong knowledge of technical terms and concepts.,Familiarity with documentation tools and software.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
