📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical specifications for building materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure specifications are accurate and up-to-date.,Review and evaluate technical documentation, drawings, and other materials to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.,Conduct quality control checks on building materials and components to ensure they meet the specified requirements.,Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, addressing any issues or concerns related to specifications and quality control.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure specifications are current and compliant.,Prepare and present reports on specification development, quality control findings, and other relevant topics to stakeholders.,Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical aspects of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials industry.,Strong knowledge of technical specifications, industry standards, and quality control processes.,Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and certifications in the building materials industry.,Ability to travel as required for project-related activities.
