📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage architecture projects from concept to completion.,Develop and maintain architectural designs that meet client requirements and industry standards.,Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior architects and staff.,Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering architecture projects.,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
