📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure food quality and safety by following health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and service.,Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize kitchen efficiency.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about culinary arts and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
