Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and methodologies,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software
