In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders with precision and speed, using our state-of-the-art warehouse management system (WMS) to streamline the process. You will also work closely with our inventory team to ensure that our stock levels are accurately maintained and that we have the right products available to meet customer demand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently using our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Ensuring that all orders are packed and labeled correctly according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Working closely with our inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure that we have the right products available to meet customer demand
• Collaborating with our delivery partners to ensure that orders are delivered on time and in good condition
• Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to help us optimize our warehouse operations
• Assisting with any other warehouse tasks as required, such as putting away new stock or conducting inventory counts
• Ensuring that our warehouse is clean and tidy, and that all equipment is maintained in good working order

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience using WMS or similar warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
