As a Manager R&D, you'll spearhead our research and development initiatives, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to life, leveraging tools like SAP ERP and AutoCAD to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

In the role of Manager PPIC, you'll be responsible for planning and controlling our production processes, ensuring we meet customer demands efficiently. You'll use Microsoft Excel and MRP systems to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and improve production schedules.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll oversee our quality control processes, ensuring our products are defect-free and meet regulatory standards. You'll implement ISO 9001 and other quality management systems, and use SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools to monitor and improve product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving innovation, production planning, or quality control.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using advanced software tools like SAP ERP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MRP systems.
