PT Surya Luhur is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers and other team members.,Contribute to the development of technical writing processes and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
