📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
