📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy and security.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Train and mentor junior cashiers and bank staff.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
• Handle any cash discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all financial activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and banking procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking system and regulations.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
