📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English is a plus.
