📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness,Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching or training,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Passion for lifelong learning and professional development
