In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and supporting the finance manager in various accounting tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.,Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts.,Provide administrative support to the finance team.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
