In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.Networking knowledge and experience.Familiarity with IT security best practices.Experience with IT asset management and inventory systems.Ability to provide clear and concise technical documentation.Strong customer service skills.Proactive approach to IT support and maintenance.Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
