We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Generalist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's growth and success by managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee relations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
