As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various aspects such as recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and manage HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, HRIS systems).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English is a plus.
