📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
