QUARK Lestari is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the accuracy and security of inventory.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Knowledge of English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
