PT Sentosa Maha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Site Engineer to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.,Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress, costs, and challenges.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.,Participate in site meetings and provide input on technical and operational matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the infrastructure sector.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
