📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to meet company goals.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Manage and train retail sales teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and special offers.,Participate in retail trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
