📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations in the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and address any issues.,Provide training and support to the sales and service teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or management field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the automotive or industrial sector is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
