In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our Accounts Receivable (AR) process and manage our Financial Operations to support our growing business. You will be part of a team that drives financial efficiency and ensures timely payments from our clients.
As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our AR portfolio, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and implementing credit policies to minimize risk. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and provide financial support to our business units.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the Accounts Receivable process, including invoice processing, credit checks, and collection activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in our ERP system, SAP.
- Monitor and analyze AR aging reports to identify and resolve any delays in payments.
- Implement and enforce credit policies to minimize financial risk.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Provide financial support to business units by analyzing financial data and trends.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Financial Operations.
- Proficient in using SAP ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and credit management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
