📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of commercial video projects, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and timely completion.
• Collaborate with creative teams to integrate AI tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered editing software to streamline production workflows.
• Develop and implement creative strategies that leverage AI to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee post-production processes, including editing, color correction, and sound design, to maintain consistency and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative processes.
• Present work to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and compelling reports on project progress and outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial video production, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proven expertise in using AI tools and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-powered editing platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling techniques and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
