📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Help in conducting assessments and evaluations.,Support students with their learning needs and provide additional assistance when required.,Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.,Assist in the administration of the learning center, including managing student records and schedules.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
