📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and bread products.,Ensure all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including cleaning equipment and work areas.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dough for pastries and desserts.,Help in the development and testing of new recipes.,Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant pastry chef or similar role.,Knowledge of basic pastry techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
