📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.,Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
