MINDS is seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bali. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of occupational therapy assistants, developing and implementing therapy programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of occupational therapy assistants to provide high-quality care to clients with disabilities.,Develop and implement individualized therapy programs based on client needs and goals.,Assess and evaluate clients to determine their occupational performance and participation levels.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.,Educate clients and their families on how to maximize their independence and improve their quality of life.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in occupational therapy and incorporate new techniques and strategies into practice.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records and documentation.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Valid registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - AHPRA).,Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.,Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience working in a similar role in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
