Woh Hup is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&E Supervisor to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects, focusing on Mechanical and Electrical aspects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E works in construction projects.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.,Inspect and verify the quality of M&E installations and systems.,Manage and mentor junior M&E supervisors and technicians.,Develop and implement M&E project schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure project standards are met.,Resolve any technical issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E supervision in construction projects.,Strong knowledge of M&E systems, codes, and standards.,Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
