📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the sales database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.,Process and manage sales contracts, reservations, and booking confirmations.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.,Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with booking modifications and cancellations.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management and clients.,Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.,Support the sales team in preparing for meetings and events by managing logistics and materials.,Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, French, etc.) being an advantage.
