📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Manage social media platforms to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Assist in the development of the company's marketing strategy and goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
