📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, contracts, and project updates between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate message delivery.
• Assist in the preparation and conduct of meetings, ensuring all participants understand the agenda and outcomes.
• Provide language support for marketing materials, ensuring they are culturally appropriate and accurately translated.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and trends to maintain high-quality translations.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the construction industry, meeting tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a translator, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and Chinese business culture.
