📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Develop and implement new menu items and specials to keep the restaurant menu fresh and exciting.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure they are up-to-date with culinary techniques and standards.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager and other department heads to ensure the overall success of the restaurant.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all local and national food safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of success in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine, with a passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control systems.,Valid food handler's license and any other relevant certifications.
