📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Outlet Staff in organizing and executing promotional activities and events.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure high standards of service.,Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including stocking and merchandising.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
