📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing employee data, maintaining employee files, and assisting with payroll.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, managing HR documentation, and coordinating with other departments.,Assist in training and development activities, including organizing training sessions and providing support to employees.,Support the HR department in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
